Nimbus collects the minimum needed to run the waitlist: your email address and, if you arrived from a referral link, the code that referred you.

We use your email solely to contact you about early access and product updates. We never sell or rent it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your waitlist record (email, referral code, queue position, and signup time) is stored in our database with row-level security enabled. Aggregate counts are public; individual emails are never exposed to other visitors.

We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this page. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy first.
